FAQ

Q1: Can I add LED lights if I need it longer?

A1: Sorry but cause the voltage and power reason, the lights don’t support you add another light strip to make a longer strip light.

Q2: Can it be around the edge of the pool but not submerge? Can waves go if water go up to it?

A2: The strip light is IP65, so it can be around the edge of the pool, as long as it is not soaked in water for a long time.

Q3: Can the 2 light reels of the 105ft strip lights be used separately?

A3: No, because the controller is in the middle of the two 52.5ft reels.

Q4: What's the difference of the two music modes?

A4: Local Mode

There is a built-in microphone in the controller, so the light can sync with the sounds around through this mic.

App Mode

It syncs to the sounds around through your phone's mic.

This shipping policy is valid for orders delivered to US, UK and EU only. For delivery to other countries and areas, please contact us (shop@novostella.net) first to confirm the shipping fee and delivery date before order.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 16 pm (GMT+8) will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 16 pm (GMT+8) on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included).
